How to Learn Ruby

Since we have gone through the struggle of learning ruby, we want to make sure that your journey is less difficult. We recommend you take the following steps to become an expert on Ruby:

• Keep your cool, Ruby is a little different, if you are a pure PHP or HTML programmer.
• Understand Pearl before starting. Pearl is the foundation of Ruby, and is extremely beneficial.
• Get a host first. It is still hard to find a good host, and can cause major headaches in the future. If you can knock this step out, you only have to worry about programming, and not all of the administrative tasks.
• Join a Ruby group. There are many out there, and they can help save hours, days, month, years. As always when learning a new programming language, simple fixes are out there, and learning them can take time, so something it is usuful to just like from other's work.
